How much does the delivery cost to mainland England, Scotland and Wales?
All goods ordered before 2.00pm from stock are sent to England, much of Scotland (see next item below) and Wales mainland addresses by a next day delivery service (arriving anytime from 8am to 6pm) at the following cost:

If your delivery address is in upper Scotland and Scottish Islands, Channel Islands, Isles of Scilly, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Republic of Ireland or Northern Ireland, the service will be a 2/3 day delivery and the cost (this is automatically calculated by your postcode/address) will be as follows:

What happens if I order lots and lots of items?
Firstly, we will be extremely pleased! If you order multiple items, sometimes, due to weight limits, they have to be put on a pallet and a pallet service used. However, the delivery will still be a next day service to the UK Mainland and there will be no additional cost
Do you have a minimum order value?
Yes, we do and it is currently £4.00 + vat. We do not apply a charge to penalise you but ask you to order at least that amount
Do you offer Saturday deliveries?
Yes, we do and you will see this as an option in the 'shopping cart' in a drop-down box. The cost to main UK address is £30.49 + vat and £58.97 + vat to Upper Scotland and islands
Can I come to you and collect?
Sorry, but unfortunately not. Our office address is separate from the warehouse and no stock is held there. The warehouse uses modern inventory and logistics control and we cannot allow collections by individuals
What happens if my delivery does not arrive the next day?
Please allow up until 6.00pm - the cut-off time - for your delivery to arrive. Then call or email us with your order number and as much detail as you can give so that we can trace the package and get your goods to you. Please not that our carrier service is extremely efficient but the occasional hiccup can occur and, although it is usually out of our control, we will do all we can to resolve the issue
